At Images In Slate, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If, however, you receive an order for which you are not completely satisfied, please call our customer service representatives to receive instructions on returning the item(s). Please have your invoice or receipt ready when you make the call.

Images In Slate does not offer refunds on slate signs with naturally occurring characteristics or blemishes known as “pyrite”. As well, we do not offer refunds or returns on slate signs that have been misused, mistreated or vandalized.
